I also offer online therapy services through secure videoconferencing.
The first step is to get in touch. You can do this by clicking on the "Contact" section of my website.
We will then arrange to meet via via secure videoconferencing for our initial consultation, where we will discuss what your goals for therapy are, and you will be able to find out more about how I work and decide if I am the right person for you.
The duration of therapy can vary depending on the presenting issue. We will initially set a provisional duration of therapy (which tends to be of 4-6 sessions) and review this as required.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, and we will normally meet once a week. Concessionary rates for students are available, as well as reduced-cost slots for people on a very low-income or experiencing particularly difficult circumstances.
Please contact me to discuss online fees.
Online psychotherapy is not suitable if you are in acute distress.
